As Founder and CEO of iTranserve, she brings the same discipline and excellence from real estate into strategic development, events, and community initiatives. Brian Cochrane is a veteran editor, writer, and communications strategist with decades of experience developing content for national media and institutional partners. As a former Deputy Editor at Variety magazine, he brings a high standard of storytelling, brand positioning, and message clarity to iTranserve. Within the organization, Brian leads strategic communications, grant development, and narrative design—ensuring every initiative is backed by data-driven storytelling and aligned with the needs of districts, corporate sponsors, and community partners. Dr. Kristin Stout

Educational Advisor

Dr. Kristin Stout brings more than two decades of experience in education, program design, and faculty development to iTranserve. As a long-standing faculty member at California State University, Long Beach, she has shaped inclusive education and educator preparation across California’s public university system. Her expertise in curriculum design, academic intervention, and student engagement directly supports iTranserve’s mission to build stronger partnerships between schools, colleges, and workforce programs. Through her advisory role, Dr. Stout helps guide the development of K-12 and higher-education initiatives, ensuring that every iTranserve program remains aligned with educational standards, equity goals, and real-world outcomes.
